To find out if there is plagiarism you can see if it looks different than the same one someone else created. The benefits of stricter copyright laws is if people that don't copy work. Less stricter copy right laws will help people that share work. I think that people should not be able to copy wright because it is not right for people to be able to steal things and get all of the credit.
